Silent Nights (for real)

Silent Nights (for real)

A peaceful midweek pause

without the tinsel, noise, or forced cheer.

Starts: Wednesday, Nov 12th, 2025

Class time: 7-8pm ONLINE ONLY
Duration: 5 classes
Investment: $108

December doesn’t need more noise — it needs space to breathe.

Silent Nights (For Real) is an online, mid-week wind-down where you don’t have to fight shopping traffic or find a park; you simply roll out your mat at home, move a little, reflect a little, and then lie down for a delicious Yoga Nidra.

It’s the calm corner of your week so you can arrive at Christmas feeling human, not frazzled.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Swap festive-season overwhelm for one calm, grounding hour just for you

  • Create a simple midweek ritual that helps your body unwind and your mind exhale

  • Be gently guided — so you don’t have to think, plan, or “be on” for anyone

  • Stay connected and supported, even if life feels full or emotionally heavy

  • Enjoy accessible practices you can do from home… leggings optional, camera off allowed

  • Use this series as your weekly anchor so you don’t lose yourself in the silly-season swirl

What’s included:

  • Five 60-minute live Zoom classes – gentle movement, guided reflection, and soul-soothing Yoga Nidra

  • “Pocket Peace” Mini Practice – a 20-minute guided at-home version for those days you need a quick reset

  • Class replays – available if you can’t make it live, or want to revisit your favourite sessions

  • A supportive community vibe – connect with familiar faces and feel held as the season ramps up

  • A weekly midweek ritual that helps you stay grounded and present (even when life gets noisy)

By the end of these four weeks, you’ll have:

  • A calming midweek ritual that helps you reset your nervous system and recharge

  • Gentle tools to stay centred, even when the world around you gets loud or demanding

  • A more grounded, connected and peaceful inner state heading into Christmas

  • A simple practice you can continue over the holiday break — without needing motivation or perfection

  • and possibly a new appreciation for lying down as a legitimate coping strategy.

So glad I found The Adaptive Yogi, Jen is the most caring instructor ever & her classes are simply the best. Thank you Jen for making my yoga experience so beautiful and inclusive.

As a larger lady with bung knees I thought that yoga was not possible for me and your classes have changed that. I love that I never feel inadequate or embarrassed about things I can’t do or need to do differently. On top of that I love what a calm and positive experience Monday nights are - it puts me in a good mood!

If we haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Jen

I’m a qualified yoga teacher and retreat facilitator, and I’m passionate about helping people come home to themselves—through breath, movement, rest, and connection. My classes range from deeply restorative to strong and sweaty, but always with options, encouragement, and a “go at your own pace” vibe.

I live in a curvy body and wear an ExoSym device to support an ankle disability I was born with—so I really understand the need to adapt yoga for all kinds of bodies. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, there’s space for you here.

I specialise in accessible and inclusive yoga, and I advocate fiercely for body diversity—regardless of your size, age, ability, or energy level on any given day. You're welcome exactly as you are.

When I’m not guiding breath or movement, you’ll find me chasing sunrises, walking in nature, sharing laughs with friends, or savouring strong coffee and caramel slice.

And when a group of women gather for a sacred retreat? Magic happens. Connection. Peace. Power. That’s why I do this work.

We've started but you can still join! Contact me and I'll hook you up!

Watch My Story

If you'd like to see more of what yoga means to me—and why I do things differently—here’s a short documentary from Attitude TV that shares my journey, body, and beliefs.

Yes, I’ve been on TV. No, I’m not giving up yoga to go full celeb (unless Netflix calls hehe). Come on retreat and you might even score an autograph. 🤣🤣🤣

I do these kinds of promos to spread the word that all bodies are able, valuable, and worthy—no matter what.
It’s friggin’ scary putting myself out there (I’m an introvert at heart), but I believe in this practice so deeply that I feel the fear… and do it anyway.

That class was delicious! Jen caters for every body, offering alternatives for all her movements. There is no pressure, no judgement - acceptance and love are what this gorgeous woman brings to her practice, encouraging her students to make it their own. I love this yogi - she’s my yogi! ❤️
