Feeling a bit flat? A little off track? You’re not the only one.

This time of year can feel like a slump — the sparkle of New Year’s intentions has long faded, and life’s just been... a lot.

That’s exactly why I created this retreat.

Keep Shining is a gentle, joy-filled morning to help you take a breath, check in with yourself, and remember what actually lights you up.

What We’ll Do Together:

Through calming breathwork, reflective journaling, and accessible yoga (the kind where you’re allowed to lie down and exhale deeply), you’ll get the space you’ve been craving.

We’ll also take time to gently realign with your intentions — or create new ones that actually feel good now.

You’ll have the chance to play with words, make simple sankalpa statements, and get a little creative (yes, there may be stickers, colouring pens, and fun involved).

No pressure, no gold stars — just a lovely way to remember what matters to you.

What’s Included:

  • A morning of body-kind, accessible yoga (no bendiness required)

  • Guided reflections to help you reconnect with your values, goals, and direction

  • Time and space to create your own personal Sankalpa (intention statement)

  • Simple breath and meditation practices to calm your mind and lift your energy

  • Quiet time to rest and recharge — solo or in gentle connection with others

  • Yummy morning tea, herbal brews, expresso coffee and warm community vibes

You’ll Leave With:

  • A relaxed body

  • A clearer head

  • A quietly glowing sense of what’s next

  • Your own mini mantra or intention to keep you anchored

  • A few take-home tools to keep that inner spark alive

I’m a qualified yoga teacher and retreat facilitator, and I’m passionate about helping people come home to themselves—through breath, movement, rest, and connection. My classes range from deeply restorative to strong and sweaty, but always with options, encouragement, and a “go at your own pace” vibe.

I live in a curvy body and wear an ExoSym device to support an ankle disability I was born with—so I really understand the need to adapt yoga for all kinds of bodies. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, there’s space for you here.

I specialise in accessible and inclusive yoga, and I advocate fiercely for body diversity—regardless of your size, age, ability, or energy level on any given day. You're welcome exactly as you are.

When I’m not guiding breath or movement, you’ll find me chasing sunrises, walking in nature, sharing laughs with friends, or savouring strong coffee and caramel slice.

And when a group of women gather for a sacred retreat? Magic happens. Connection. Peace. Power. That’s why I do this work.

I do these kinds of promos to spread the word that all bodies are able, valuable, and worthy—no matter what.
It’s friggin’ scary putting myself out there (I’m an introvert at heart), but I believe in this practice so deeply that I feel the fear… and do it anyway.


Lovely day with The Adaptive Yogi! Jen makes you feel safe and comfortable no matter your level of yoga experience . I definitely will do one of her retreats again. Beautiful venue, yummy lunch provided and felt super relaxed by the end of the day
