Yoga Nidra Guided Meditations:

Yoga Nidra is done in the pose of Savasana - the lying down, do nothing one! Making sure you’re warm and comfortable, the spine is supported, especially the lower back - height under the knees really helps here. Have the room dimly lit or something covering the eyes. Lie back and follow the guided instructions - Enjoy!
