Set aside a few hours to join me in my cozy studio for a day of focusing on YOU and what you want to manifest this year - in a luscious and relaxing way!

I will create the space for you to create YOUR ‘Sankalpa’ - a heart-felt intention, that is already within you to come to fruition. We will plant the seed for manifestation on a deeper level of the mind.

This technique helps guide your daily choices through feeling, symbol & sub-conscious inspiration - SO MUCH EASIER and flowing than willpower!

Beginner, experienced, wheelchair, disability, injury, senior friendly!

Jen's yoga is accessible, do-able and variations are always offered so ALL bodies can take part.

We will be doing some gentle Yoga, guided meditations, journaling and reflecting, and some deep relaxation - along with having a giggle and a lovely lunch.

Vaccine passes are required for this in-person event (there is an online option on Thurs the 3rd!)
