I'll guide you into the systematic, easy-to-follow process of meditation. Where you can become aware of the army of thoughts that are dragging you down (sometimes we don’t even know how entrenched they are!). LEarn how to train the mind with discipline and compassion and arrive ‘home’ into your body in a peaceful. kind and compassionate way.

Oh and the other cool stuff that comes along with a consistent meditation practise:

  • stress reduction

  • opportunity to lower your heart-rate and blood pressure
